SHIPPING

In-Store Pickup:
When checking out, please choose 'Pickup in store' as the shipping option. If the store is open, your order should be available within 1 hour, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. If we are closed at the time of your order, it will be available on the next business day. You are welcome to pick up your order anytime during our hours of operation.

Shipping:
Currently Whistler Hardware is not able to provide shipping outside of Whistler. We hope to be able to offer this service soon!

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

It is our goal to ensure you receive the best products for your needs. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging with your original receipt for a full refund. If returned between 30-90 days, a store credit will be offered. Anything beyond 90 days will not be returnable.  

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s direction.

- Items that are opened, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- If you do not have a receipt, any refund or exchange will be handled at the discretion of store management and may be refused or issued at the lowest selling price as a Whistler Hardware gift card or store credit. 

- Photo ID may be required.

- Any item sold on clearance is considered ‘final sale’ and will not be returnable. 

- Gift Card Sales are final. You may not return, cancel, or redeem for cash any Gift Card after it is purchased, unless otherwise stated by law. Stolen, lost, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
